HTML Reports Overview#
MEGqc produces interactive HTML reports at four scopes:
QA Subject reports (per subject)
QA Group reports (per dataset)
QC Group reports (per dataset, Global Quality Index centered)
Multisample reports (cross-dataset comparison)
