Guides
One guide per kind of data, each on its own sample dataset, from the raw folder to a validated BIDS dataset. They assume you know the GUI; the course explains every step in detail.
- MRI Two participants on a Siemens scanner: subjects and sessions, fieldmaps, physiological logs.
- Advanced MRI Diffusion maps, spectroscopy, and sequences named one thing and acquired as another.
- PET A DICOM scan with its dose sheet and blood curves, and a scan in the ECAT format.
- EEG Recordings whose file names do not say the task: naming tasks and runs, events, montage.
- MEG Sessions from dates, empty-room recordings, and what the FIF file already knows.
- Eye tracking EyeLink recordings per eye, paired with the run they were recorded during.
- Several kinds of data at once What changes when one study has MRI, PET, EEG, MEG and more.
- Defacing and skull stripping Remove faces before sharing, check the result, and take it back.
- Adopting an existing dataset Open a dataset made elsewhere, to view it or to work on it.
- Worked examples Recipes for bulk edits, scan rules, templates and the Editor's tools.
- Viewing every kind of data The viewer, option by option: layouts, 3-D, clip planes, overlays, spectra, signals, gradients.
Each sample is listed, with its size and licence, in Sample data.
